As Co-Founder of Cardinal Academy of Dental Assisting, she brings extensive experience in dental assisting education, operations management, and career development to help students gain the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce quickly and successfully.

 

Dr. Jones holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, providing a strong foundation in both healthcare and leadership. She has served as a Program Director and Instructor for several years at a well-known dental assisting college, where she trained and mentored many students who have gone on to work in dental practices and specialty offices.

 

Her professional background includes experience as a Dental Assistant, Financial Treatment Coordinator, Operations Manager, and iTero Trainer for Invisalign, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and business aspects of dentistry. This real-world knowledge allows her to create practical, career-focused training programs that reflect the needs of today’s dental offices.
